Taras brings over 26 years of experience across taxation, compliance, strategic advisory and consulting, following a long-standing career within the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), including serving as Assistant Director of Intelligence within Private Wealth.
Taras has particular expertise in dispute resolution and complex taxation matters, including Division 7A, Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), Research & Development (R&D), ATO reviews and audits, alongside broader compliance, internal review, operational risk and governance matters.
Known for his measured and considered approach, Taras works closely with tax agents to navigate complex taxation, regulatory and business matters with greater clarity and confidence.
His approach is shaped by extensive experience across government intelligence and real-world commercial environments, combining strategic insight with practical, outcome-focused thinking.
